Lodging

I understand that I and my family/guests will be lodging in a multi family cabin or bunkhouse that will also be shared by other guests and that I/we will have access to shared bathrooms, shared kitchen areas. In some cases families will have shared sleeping areas. In some cases, husbands and wives will be in the same cabin/lodge but different rooms with the same gender. I have also read the list of items to bring.*

Firearm Waiver (Individual Bearing Arms)

A. If I bring a concealed firearm to Passover 2023, I hereby assume ANY AND ALL risks and hazards it may present. I recognize serious and life-threatening injuries can occur while carrying a firearm; whether caused by passive or active negligence; whether foreseeable or not foreseeable.

B. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Great Awakening International, Adventure Ocoee, and Ocoee Ridge Camp, each of their agents, office volunteers, and employees, from any and all claims demands, actions, liability, and/or loss which may arise from, or incurred as a result of injury or damages to persons or property, including the person and property of said Passover participants arising out of the undersigned’s carrying of a concealed weapon at Passover 2023 on the grounds of Ocoee Ridge Camp and Adventure.

C. I understand Great Awakening International is not advocating individuals bring firearms to Passover 2023 and should I bear arms on ANY of the grounds in which Great Awakening International is holding events for Passover 2023, I will inform the Security Team of Great Awakening International upon my arrival to Passover 2023. Additionally, I will ensure that any firearm I bring will be locked & secured when not on my body.
