“Beloved, I pray that in every way you may prosper and enjoy good health, as your soul also prospers” 3 John 1:2
Mindset, Movement, Money and Nutrition
A troubled mindset, poor nutrition, and inadequate physical activity can negatively impact our health and even affect our spiritual well-being. This can lead to chronic diseases like diabetes, hypertension and even some cancers. Additionally the financial burden of illness and disease can further deteriorate an individual’s health and well-being.
This seminar will explain the connection between exercise, adequate sleep, good nutrition and a healthy mindset,
while sharing the ways financial stewardship can contribute to or diminish your overall well-being
